Job Posting – Part-Time Position
Make a steady income working 20-30 hours per week for an established real estate appraisal and consulting firm in a part-time position as Residential Appraisal Coordinator. Centrally located Williamsville office and established client base. Work in-office with some remote work flexibility. No weekends. Some flexibility in work hours. Work with residential appraisal staff on job bidding, acceptance, set-up, assignment of jobs to appraisers, track jobs, correspond with clients throughout the appraisal process, quality appraisal review, billing, and prepare monthly appraisal reports.
Real estate and/or legal-related background preferred.
