Attorney

Cooke Doyle LLC is seeking an Attorney licensed in NY (PA a plus) with 3+ years experience to join our litigation team.

Responsibilities:

• Be a team player capable of working collaboratively
• Work in a close knit, team environment
• Manage files to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Draft legal documents
• Appear in court or before government agencies
• Exceed all legal standards and regulations
• Perform timekeeping/administrative and case management functions

Qualifications:

• It's worth repeating: be a team player capable of working collaboratively
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Familiarity with the CPLR and bodily injury litigation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-starter who is hardworking and conscientious
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
Package includes competitive base salary ($90k-$120k depending on experience), generous bonus opportunities, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid parking.
