Description
Feroleto Law is seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess understanding of various areas of personal injury law. This role involves providing legal counsel, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Attorney will be expected to: draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, engage with our clients professionally, compassionately, and promptly, and negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve the most favorable outcome for them.
Duties
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve cases effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Admission to the New York State bar.
- 1-5 years experience in civil litigation.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
