Did you know? All current law students can attend any live CLE program FREE! If you’re already a Student Member of the BAEC, login to your Member Portal to register. Nonmember law students can email the CLE Department to reserve their spot.

If you have enrolled in our Professional Membership, you have already unlocked our entire OnDemand library, our virtual live CLEs, and all in-person CLEs (courses up to 3 credits) for FREE. Simply log in to your portal, browse the catalog, and start watching at no additional cost.

Attention Newly Admitted Attorneys (admitted less than two years in New York State): As of January 1, 2026,

• “Skills credit must be earned in the traditional live classroom setting or by attendance at a fully interactive videoconference (participants are physically seated together in a group setting and all participants and faculty can see and hear anyone who asks or answers a question during the program) that has been approved by the CLE Board for use by newly admitted attorneys.”
• “Ethics and Professionalism credit may be completed in the traditional live classroom setting, by attendance at a fully interactive videoconference that has been approved by the CLE Board for use by newly admitted attorneys, or by participation in the live simultaneous transmission of a live program, such as a webinar or teleconference, where audience questions are allowed during the program (synchronous interactivity).”
