BAEC COVID-19 Safety Procedures

  1. BAEC meetings, programs and events may be either virtual, hybrid or in person. Requests for in-person meetings, programs, or events exceeding 10 people should be directed to the Assistant Executive Director or her designee to ensure available meeting space is adequate for the desired number of attendees. We welcome you to the BAEC offices and request you follow applicable federal, state and local guidelines when using our facilities. Masks are required on our premises.
  2. The BAEC office will continue to be staffed Monday – Friday.
  3. All attendees of any in-person BAEC meetings, programs, and events must be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be required.

Board Resolution Adopted July 26, 2022

The resolution regarding Covid 19 vaccinations, adopted by the BAEC Board of Directors on August 9, 2021, remains in full force and effect, except proof of vaccination shall only be required upon re-designation by the NYS Commissioner of Health of Covid 19, or designation of any other infectious disease, as a highly contagious communicable disease presenting a serious risk of harm to the public health, or in such other circumstances, including but not limited to elevated CDC Transmission Levels or CDC Covid 19 Community Levels, to protect member and staff health as determined by the Executive Director and the President.
