E-Filing programs are expanding in several Supreme Court Counties. It will now be mandatory to E-File in the following Supreme Courts: Erie, Fulton, Hamilton, Nassau, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Seneca, Steuben, Suffolk and Westchester Counties.
