E-Filing programs are expanding in several Supreme Court Counties. It will now be mandatory to E-File in the following Supreme Courts:
Erie, Fulton, Hamilton, Nassau, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Seneca, Steuben, Suffolk and Westchester Counties.
With these changes there will be a FREE E-filing training to be offered on December 14th, 2021 10:30am-12:30am. The training course will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you attend the free E-Filing training the NYSCEF Resource Center will guide you through your first filing, review court rules, and provide helpful tips to avoid pitfalls and achieve success.
Attorneys can also receive 2 (free) CLE credits. (1.0 credit in Professional Practice & 1.0 credit in Law Practice Managment).
