Fee Dispute Resolution Program

FOR ATTORNEYS:
Below are the documents needed for an attorney to participate in a fee dispute proceeding pursuant to Part 137 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator. Please note that these documents are to be used when representation has commenced on or after January 1, 2002. The four documents that the attorney should provide to the client by certified mail (return receipt requested) or personal service consist of the following:
