Attorney Grievances

The Bar Association of Erie County (“BAEC”) may review, investigate, and dispose of a client complaint involving allegations of minor delay that resulted in no permanent harm to the client, fee disputes, personality conflicts between attorney and client, or other minor matters that, in the discretion of a committee or chief attorney, do not warrant action by a committee or the Appellate Division.  Please contact Executive Director Anne Noble or Dispute Settlement Tribunal Assistant Leslie Housh at 716.852.8687 if you want to file a grievance with the BAEC.

You may also file your complaint directly with the New York State Office of Attorney Grievance Committees for the Eighth Judicial District by calling 716.854.3630.
