New York State Seeks Public Comment for Study of Electronic Legal Materials

The office of Information Technology Services, in accordance to New York State Law, Chapter 15 of 2020, is seeking public comment concerning the use of legal material in an electronic format that guarantees the authenticity of and access to such legal materials of the state of New York.  The request for public comment can be found here.

To participate in study, access https://forms.ny.gov/s3/Study-of-Electronic-Legal-Materials-for-New-York-State, complete the short survey, and click submit.  Submissions may also be emailed to its.sm.LegalMaterialsStudy@its.ny.gov.  Responses are due by September 4, 2020. Thank you.
