Great career opportunity with Sawers & Sackel, PLLC, a well-established workers’ compensation law firm made up of a team of well-respected practitioners
We are looking to add another great practitioner, either full time or part time, to our team with at least two years’ experience in workers’ compensation law, whether in representing claimants or insurance companies and employers.
We provide our attorneys with an excellent support staff so their time can be focused on attending hearings, resolving legal issues, and settling matters.
We offer a flexible hybrid in-office/remote environment for a good work/life balance.
We offer a salary in the range of $70,000 - $100,000 with bonus potential for a full time position; and $45,000 - $70,000 with bonus potential for a three day per week part time position.
Our benefit package for both full time and part time includes fully paid health insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision), 401K with employer contribution, generous vacation time which also includes all NYSWCB holidays, paid parking in the lot closest to the building, and paid professional fees and dues.
The candidate we’re looking for should have strong skills in communication, negotiation, litigation, and writing.
