Candidates must demonstrate an interest in case analysis, logical reasoning when formulating case strategy, a willingness to interact with clients, and be involved with on-site inspections and investigations where applicable. Solid legal research and writing skills necessary. The insurance defense practice attorney will have the opportunity be involved in the representation of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, major retail businesses, national transportation carriers and insurance companies in the defense of litigation claims throughout New York State. The firm believes in team first approach, and attorneys will work directly with the litigation partners. Community engagement encouraged. Business and marketing opportunities available.
