Description
The United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of General Counsel is searching for a full time Employment Law/Litigation Attorney in Buffalo NY that is committed to public service and representing the interests of the VA. Our employment law attorneys provide day-to-day employment law advice and assistance to VA managers and supervisors. They also represent the Department in employment law litigation cases in administrative matters before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. New York licensed attorney with Federal employment/labor law and litigation experience preferred. Minimum 3-4 years of practice experience required.
Salary Range: $71,984 - $121,238
