There is a shift to emergency court operations for all state-funded Erie County Courthouses for Wednesday, January 17, 2024, effective immediately. Buffalo City Court will be conducting emergency operations for the remainder of the day. Physical access to the Buffalo City Court facility will be curtailed. Except for criminal court arraignments and any emergency criminal matters. Please see www.nycourts.gov for more information.
