North Tonawanda City Court Shift to Emergency Operations

Please be advised that Administrative Judge Carter in consultation with Deputy Chief Administrative Judge Murphy’s Office, has authorized a shift to emergency court operations for North Tonawanda City Court,  Wednesday, January 17, 2024, effective immediately.  North Tonawanda City Court will be conducting emergency operations for the remainder of the day.   Physical access to the North Tonawanda City Court facility will be curtailed.  Except for criminal court arraignments and any emergency criminal matters.
