Tasha E. Moore Has Been Named as the District Executive for the Eighth Judicial District

She was rated excellent based upon her great depth of experience, exceptional performance throughout her tenure as Deputy District Executive, a position she held since 2016, and for capably handling the District Administrative Office this past year while the District Executive position was vacant. Ms. Moore brings extensive supervisory background and excellent interpersonal skills to this leadership role. She has demonstrated dedicated commitment to the inclusive initiatives of the court system as evidenced by her participation on several Eighth Judicial District Committees including the Diversity Hiring Committee, Diversity Steering Committee, Gender Fairness Committee as well as the Empire State Legal Diversity Career Fair Committee.
