#2412 Is There a HERO in Your HVAC? New Law, New Obligations

Presented on September 30, 2021

1.5 CLE credits total: 1.0 Areas of Professional Practice, 0.5 Skills  (full program appropriate for experienced attorneys, 1.0 credit appropriate for newly admitted attorneys in Areas of Professional Practice only)

New York’s “HERO” Act obligates NY employers to adopt an industry-specific safety plan for fighting airborne disease at the workplace, and enables employees to be a formal part of that plan’s development.  Join us for a 1.5-hour, interactive and engaging CLE on the “checklist” points of complying with this new law.

This session and the materials will be of particular interest to attorneys who practice in the areas of labor/employment, landlord/tenant, construction/planning, and personal injury.  HR professionals, construction project managers, and those with HVAC responsibilities will find it useful, too.

Speakers:
Stephanie A. Adams, Esq., The Law Office of Stephanie Adams, PLLC
Steven J. Ricca, Esq., Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC

Available Format: OnDemand

OnDemand: $45 Members (Promo Code: member2017), $60 Non-Members
