Mario A. Giacobbe Nominated to be a New York State Court of Claims Judge.

Former BAEC Director Mario A. Giacobbe has been nominated to be a New York State Court of Claims Judge by Gov. Kathy Hochul to serve on the State Court of Claims. Mario was appointed by District Attorney John J. Flynn to his current post in August 2021.
