The Bar Association of Erie County is a collaborative, inclusive and dynamic non-profit organization looking to hire a detail-oriented, customer service-based employee. Reporting to the Lawyer Referral and Information Administrator, our newest staff member will be primarily responsible for answering phones and website requests from people looking to hire a lawyer. The employee will also prepare reports and assist with billing and digital tracking of data.
The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys working as part of a team, has a strong command of the digital workplace, is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has superb organizational skills. Legal interest or experience is a plus. High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required. Salary range is $15 to $17 per hour.
