Opportunity available for an experienced workers' compensation attorney in our established and growing Workers’ Compensation practice.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the field of Workers' Compensation, representing either Claimants' OR carriers' and self insured employers.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and have a history of timely handling of phone calls and paperwork.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple hearings, a myriad of paperwork and multiple phone calls on a daily basis.
- Must be positive, self-confident and comfortable with our incredible, upbeat, client focused team.
- Must be producing excellent income/billable hours currently.
This position will start at 130k base plus percentage bonus which can easily grow to 180k-280k+/year. Our attorneys enjoy a rotating 4 day work week (2 of every 3 weeks is a 4 day work week), hybrid schedule, 401k with match, paid time off, health insurance contributions and paid CLE.
