Negligence Committee Meeting
Our next in person meeting of the Negligence Committee will be on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 12:15 p.m. SHARP , Bar Association of Erie County, 438 Main St. 6th Floor, Buffalo.
We are VERY PLEASED to announce that our special guest will be the Hon. John Licata, Supervising Judge for Supreme Court Civil Division. We will have A Conversation with Our Supervising Judge and invite all of our Committee members to please attend. Let’s have a great turnout for Judge Licata.
ALSO, Sarah Rera, Esq. of Gross Shuman P.C. will lead a brief discussion on the new rules regarding Affirmations, that will make all of our lives a wee bit easier.
