CLE: Understanding the Attorney Grievance Process

1.5 CLE credits: Ethics (appropriate for all attorneys)

This Program will feature the Attorney Grievance Committee’s Chief Counsel, its two Principal Counsel, its Chair, and a practitioner offering a basic understanding of the Attorney Grievance process from all points of view. The Program will seek to provide the Attorney Grievance Committee’s perspective on its handling of a grievance and the many paths it could take, as well as providing a practitioner’s perspective on practice before the Committee.
