While traditional M&A market has been active for the last several years, the current uncertainty in the market has impacted both target companies and potential purchasers. The Bankruptcy Code affords an efficient process to sell or purchase assets that also provides finality and additional comfort to buyers of a distressed assets. This program will focus on the opportunities and tools that are available for both buyers and sellers in a distressed situation.
