Please see the below linked memo which is a very important development in matrimonial virtual trials. It details how exhibits are now to be uploaded for matrimonial hearings/virtual trials. This has been tested in other judicial districts and is now making a statewide appearance. From all accounts it has worked very well. One should anticipate if this is successful that it will be used in many other hearing types.

Currently, this program is available for matrimonial hearing/trials. If this pilot is successful, it court be expanded to other case types.
