Tiveron Law is seeking a dedicated associate attorney with expertise in real property litigation, particularly in landlord-tenant law (evictions). Key Responsibilities:

• Represent landlords and tenants in real estate litigation matters.
• Managing cases independently from start to finish.
• Conduct client consultations to provide legal guidance and assess case details.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Regularly appear in court to represent clients in hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and staff to ensure high-quality representation.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York.
• Previous experience in landlord/tenant law desired
• Litigation and trial experience preferred.
• Strong academic background with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple legal matters and work in a team environment.
• Proficient in legal software and technology.
