Intellectual Property Trademark Attorney
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a trademark attorney for their Rochester or Buffalo, NY office. The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of direct experience managing U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios, including registration, clearance, and counseling. Experience with opposition and cancellation actions before the TTAB of the USPTO is required. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Litigation experience is a plus.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $150,000 . Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
