Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employment based immigration. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in employment based immigration matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties

  • Prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with in-depth knowledge of the application process and requirements, specifically in EB1, EB2-NIW, PERM, I-485, L-1, H-1B, O-1, or other non-immigrant visas.
  • Manage various projects/deadlines.
  • Timely and effectively communicate with clients regarding procedures, case processing issues, and case strategy.
  • Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes that may affect immigration.
  • Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
  • Partner with colleagues to share information, resolve client issues, and support all client projects.
  • Assess the eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the U.S.
  • Supervise the work of paralegal staff 

Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Admission to the bar in any U.S. state is mandatory.
  • Five years previous experience in employment immigration law.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and statutes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client representation and collaboration within the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,029.00 - $108,861.00 per year
