Tiveron Law is seeking a skilled and experienced Family and Matrimonial Law attorney to join our dynamic and growing team. We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment and leave a lasting impact in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases independently from initiation to resolution
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparations
• Collaborate with clients and support staff to ensure high-quality representation
• Represent clients in court appearances

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in New York
• 3+ years of experience in matrimonial and family law preferred
• Litigation and trial experience desirable
• Strong academic background and work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing legal software and technology
