Commercial & Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a litigation attorney to join the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo, NY office. The ideal candidate will have at least three to seven years of sophisticated commercial and/or intellectual property litigation experience in a law firm setting. Requirements include: drafting and arguing motions, drafting and responding to discovery, handling document productions, and conducting/defending depositions. Qualified candidates must have excellent writing skills, the ability to work independently, and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 – $140,000 . Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
