CLE: An Overview of Veterans Court
Please note that this program will be IN-PERSON ONLY in the Ceremonial Courtroom on the second floor of County Hall (92 Franklin St. Buffalo, NY 14202). There will be no Zoom option.
2.0 CLE credits: 1.5 Skills, 0.5 Ethics (appropriate for all attorneys)
Please join the Criminal Law Committee for An Overview of Veterans Court. Attendees will benefit from presentations from the Court and treatment staff, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, and local criminal practitioners. This CLE will cover an introduction to this specialty treatment court, screening and transfer procedures, pleas and sentencing, sanctions, and more.
A light lunch will be provided after the program.
Law students can attend any live BAEC CLE program for FREE.
