Governor Cuomo Announces Executive Order 202.14

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has issued Executive Order 202.14 which includes provision on remote witnessing, health insurance premiums, school closures, and more. Additionally, this order extends all prior Executive Orders that have not already been extended by other Executive Orders.
