Western District of New York Closure on January 9th
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in recognition of the National Day of Mourning in honor of former President James Earl Carter, Jr. The Court will resume normal operations on Friday, January 10, 2025.
