The Appellate Practice Committee will host a moot court session on August 8th at 12:15 p.m. in the Moot Room at the Bar Association of Erie County office, 6th Floor, 438 Main St., Buffalo.
Please RSVP to Erin Tresmond (etresmond@labbuffalo.org) and Celeste Walsh (cwalsh@eriebar.org). Upon receiving your RSVP, the briefs will be forwarded to you. All participants are expected to review the briefs in advance and come prepared to the moot court with questions to ask.
Having moot court panelists from all practice areas is encouraged as it fosters a dialogue similar to the one litigants might expect at an appellate court.
