1.0 CLE credit: Areas of Professional Practice
For many employers it has been all-consuming to comply with the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act (“FFCRA”). In this one-hour CLE the focus is on the intersection between the FFCRA and various New York State employment laws. This program will cover a variety of scenarios for which New York Law requires an employer to provide benefits to employees in addition to (or instead of) those required by the FFCRA.
