Judge Feroleto Issues Amended Administrative Order for the 8th Judicial District

Judge Paula Feroleto, Administrative Judge for the 8th Judicial District, has issued an amended Administrative Order, effective December 23, 2020. This order clarifies the current state of defaults and includes recent updates from Governor Andrew Cuomo and Judge Lawrence Marks on foreclosures and evictions. Both foreclosures and evictions are stayed, and not updated in this A/O.
