Judge Marks issues Administrative Order 87-20: Court Permits expanded filing in Non-Essential Matters, Encourages Referrals to ADR

Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks has issued Administrative Order 87-20. In this order, the Court permits expanded filings in some matters and referrals to ADR. It also is the introduction of the EDDS System and fee payment mechanism.
