Senior Healthcare Attorney
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a senior healthcare attorney with twelve or more years of experience in healthcare law. A portable and sustainable book of business is desired. Candidates must have experience with:
- Hospital/physician alignment issues;
- Health care entity and physician practice mergers, acquisitions and affiliations;
- Regulatory investigations and corporate compliance programs; and
- Experience with core areas such as Fraud and Abuse, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback, Stark, HIPAA, ACO and health care reimbursement.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $155,000 – $215,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
