Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, PLLC, a busy plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in Allentown, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. Duties will encompass all phases of plaintiff’s personal injury litigated cases, including depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, settlement negotiations and client relations. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to be a team player. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in personal injury litigation is preferred. Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses. Attorneys at the firm are also paid fifty percent (50%)of attorney's fees generated on cases they bring into the firm.
