Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney with 1-5 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, the ability to manage a diverse caseload, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and settlement and/or trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, and motions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
