Harter Secrest & Emery LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney for the firm’s Rochester, Buffalo or Albany office. Remote arrangements will be considered on a case by case basis. The ideal candidate will have four to ten years of experience with Employee Benefits law. Preferred candidates will have experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to, ERISA, the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans, and knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong academic background. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $165,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
