Colucci & Gallaher, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney.
Candidates interested in being considered for a full-time hybrid position as an Associate Attorney at Colucci & Gallaher, P.C. should submit a resume and de-identified writing sample to Marybeth Mantharam at the address below. The successful candidate will be working in the products liability litigation group, defending manufacturers of construction, vocational, industrial, and emergency equipment in federal and state courts throughout the USA.
Candidates should be admitted to the New York State Bar or another state bar, have three (3) to six (6) years of litigation experience, possess excellent research and writing skills, and be self-motivated.
Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000, or commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus generous year-end bonus opportunities. Benefits package includes health, dental and other insurance coverages, 401(k) with profit sharing, HSA for eligible medical expenses, covered CLE costs and bar memberships.
