The Western New York Legal Diversity Career Fair is dedicated to fostering a more diverse and inclusive legal workforce. We invite all legal workplaces to participate. Open to all students and lawyers, this free event aims to expand employment opportunities for those traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession.
This year, we will start the day with a professional speaker and panelist members. Employers will be provided with successful, practical strategies to recruit, hire, and retain talented diverse professionals. At the same time, students will separately receive meaningful guidance on interviewing and understanding what employers will expect from them as young attorneys.
