Chief Administrative Judge Marks has signed Administrative Order 142-22 dated June 13, 2022 with the approval of the Administrative Board. A/O/142/22 adopts a revised Preliminary Conference Stipulation/Order-Contested Matrimonial Forms (“PC Order”) for use in matrimonial matters effective July 1, 2022. Courts Issue Administrative Order 141-22 Regarding Revisions to Matrimonial Rules

Chief Administrative Judge Marks has signed Administrative Order 141-22 dated June 13, 2022 with the approval of the Administrative Board. AO/141/22 is effective July 1, 2022. It adopts revisions to the Matrimonial Rules harmonizing them with the Uniform Rules as also amended by said Administrative Order.
