Dear Bar Association Leaders:

The Administrative Board of the Courts is soliciting public comments on a proposal to amend various court rules and appendices to eliminate the phrase “poor person” from those provisions.

Any comments on these proposed rule changes should be sent by email to [email protected] by Friday, June 27.
