Presenter Michael Kuzma is a solo practitioner based in Buffalo, who has utilized federal and state Freedom of Information laws for nearly four decades.  He successfully argued Bottom v. Fischer, 129 AD 3d 1604 (4^th Dept. 2015), in which attorney’s fees and litigation costs were awarded under FOIL. Leslie James Pickering, Co-Owner of Burning Books is also a presenter.
