This CLE will examine the new regulations and programs created by the Department of Education that make repayment of student loans more affordable and easier to navigate.  Attendees will learn about the new repayment options and loan forgiveness, discharge and cancellation programs.  We will also cover consolidation, deferment and forbearance and other ways to prevent or get out of default.
