Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP is seeking an Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation & Social Security Disability Department.

Candidates must possess initiative; excellent writing, drafting, organizational, communication and client services skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex legal matters in helping injured workers navigate the legal landscape.
- Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct opening and closing statements, cross examination of vocational and medical witnesses and have a thorough familiarity with the record of each case.
- Prepare clients for hearing and appear before Administrative Law Judges to advocate on behalf of disabled clients at hearings.
- Analyzing cases and address issues.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in New York State to practice law.
- At least two (2) years of experience performing Workers’ Compensation &/or Social Security Disability matters.
