STAFF ATTORNEY
One full-time position available for a Staff Attorney at the Children’s Legal Center in Buffalo, NY to provide representation to children in Erie County Family, Supreme, and Surrogate’s Court in no less than 240 cases each year. This is a contract position. General overhead costs and support staff are provided by the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Admission to the practice of law for a minimum of two years and substantial experience in the representation of children is preferred. The contract agreement between the Appellate Division, Fourth Department and the Staff Attorney will provide for full-time equivalent annual compensation of $112,119. No fringe benefits are provided.
