Real Estate Associate Attorney

Shaw & Shaw, PC, a busy Southtown law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling all aspects of Sale and Purchase Transactions, will be highly organized, attentive to detail and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contracts
• Drafting, reviewing real estate documents
• Reviewing title commitments, policies and dealing with all title and survey matters, including review of title related instruments and surveys

Required Skills and Education:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission and in good standing with the NYS Bar
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
