Tiveron Law is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our ever-growing and thriving litigation team. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and ready to prosper in a high-volume environment while making their mark in the practice of law.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
• Consult with prospective clients.
• Evaluating medical records, expert opinions, and other evidence to determine the viability of potential claim.
• Independently manage cases from inception through final disposition.
• Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Representing clients in court during hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Collaborating with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to strengthen cases.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients while managing their expectations.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in NY.
• 3 + years’ experience in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice ligation preferred.
• Trial experience desired.
• Strong work ethic and high-level academic background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a legal team atmosphere, multi-task and manage various types of legal issues.
• Ability to learn new technical programs and software.
