Webster Szanyi LLP is seeking to hire two full-time attorneys to join its litigation team. The firm is experiencing rapid growth and works with private and public entities involved in commercial and construction litigation as well as other civil litigation matters.
Position #1: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation and be able to work autonomously. Strong writing skills, research, and oral advocacy skills are required. Trial and courtroom experience is a plus. Attorneys interested in a path toward potential future ownership opportunities are especially encouraged to apply.
Position #2: The ideal candidate will have between one and three years of experience and strong research and writing skills. This is a great opportunity to almost immediately gain valuable hands-on experience. From almost the onset of employment, the successful candidate will enjoy direct client contact, court appearances in both State and Federal courts, and depositions.
